Paul Joseph MacKenzie

MacKENZIE, Paul J. Of Cambridge, formerly of Lexington, died Nov. 15, 2011. Born and raised in Boston, Paul joined the Navy and served at the Naval Air Station in Olathe, KS during WWII . Returning to Boston, he graduated from B.U. in 1950 and began a long career in supply chain and logistics management. A long-time resident of Lexington, Paul was active in town government. After living in TX, CA, and abroad, he and his wife returned to the Boston area. An avid reader of history and biography, Paul was always willing to share his perspective on politics and current events. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nancy (Bunyon) MacKenzie, his sons, Paul B. and Andrew MacKenzie, and 3 grandchildren, whom he adored. At his request, there will be no funeral, but a private gathering in his honor will be heldatalaterdate.
