EVELYN MARGIRITA RIVERA

Evelyn Margarita Rivera passed away at the age of 58 years old on Saturday, February 12, 2022. She was currently residing in Everett but spend most of her life in Chelsea raising her 5 children by herself. She was a very strong woman who fought until the end of her life. She was loved by many people most of who called her “Mami or Titi.” Evelyn was a good mother, grandmother, and friend. She always had her doors open for anyone who needed a place to stay. She loved to be around people but mostly her grandchildren. She will be missed, she has left a big empty space in our hearts.

She left behind her children, Albin Hernández, Denidza Saenz, Aleksy Hernandez, Mario Sunsin, Kelvin Sunsin, and Alexander Alvarado(raised) also her grandchildren, Albin Hernandez Jr, Jayden Hernandez, Gary Hernandez, Alyson Saenz, Alejandro Saenz, Aleksy Hernandez Jr, D’Alessandro Hernandez, Anayha Sunsin, Mario Sunsin Jr, Anthony Camara,and Thalia Sunsin. Visiting hours will be held from the Welsh Funeral Home 718 Broadway, Chelsea on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Per order of the Chelsea Board of Health, all visitors are required to wear face masks while in the Funeral Home. Funeral services in the Funeral Home Wednesday at 10 O'Clock. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
