Donovan, Constance G. (Whalen) March 22, 2017 of Hingham, lifelong resident of South Boston, in her 94th year. Passed away at Rose Court, Linden Ponds, Hingham. 94 years of age but never old in spirit. Passed in peace after an extended illness. Beloved wife the late of John F. Donovan, . Loved and cherished by her children John F. Donovan Jr. and his wife Pauline of Hanson, Judith Donovan Higgins Mercer of Roslindale, Paul K. Donovan and his wife Cathy of Milton, and Janice Donovan Martin and her husband Robert of Holbrook. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Loving sister of Caroline Whalen Flaherty of Baltimore MD, Mary Lou Whalen of Weymouth, John Whalen of Orlando, FLA deceased and Ruth Whalen Farrell Mercer deceased. Her last thoughts were to ask God to take care of her children. Her courage in the face of adversity and her strength inspired her family and all who knew her.
